IMS Voice mean Voice (VoIP thru SIP/RTP/RTCP) call provided by IMS infrastructure.
CS Voice mean Voice call provided by GSM/UMTS networks.
Assumed that UE is capable of using "SMS over IP (IMS)" if it is IMS Voice capable and its voice setting include IMS Voice.
